Once again, the company achieved remarkable scores, surpassing industry standards and further solidifying the success of previous years.
The survey, conducted among more than 200 partners, evaluated five key performance areas, with the following results:
- Sales Approach: 9. 6/10
- Product Quality: 9.6/10
- Service Quality: 9.46/10
- Product Availability / Distribution: 9.21/10
- Overall Satisfaction: 9.60/10
Based on these exceptional results, GCC Hellas achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 95.45, confirming the loyalty and trust of its partners. The NPS—globally recognized as the leading metric for measuring customer loyalty—is considered world-class when exceeding 70, a benchmark that GCC Hellas has surpassed in an outstanding way.
These results reflect not only the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence, but also the professionalism and dedication of its team. They represent a significant achievement and a strong motivation to continue delivering innovative solutions and services that exceed partner expectations.
